In result of a growing demand for our services Sojourn House has recently opened a satellite shelter located at 250 Queen St. East. This is a greater leap forward towards achieving one of our 2016-2018 strategic goals: to provide more housing and shelter to refugees. The satellite shelter provides Sojourn House with an additional 20 room shelter space! The satellite shelter serves the same function as our main shelter located at 101 Ontario St. Clients dwelling in this facility must visit 101 Ontario St. for all services and meals.
A special thanks to the City of Toronto for granting Sojourn House the funding that has permitted us to grow! We are looking forward to providing services to a larger number of newly arrived refugees!
